I like the looks of the '08 and up 389s but they have poor throttle response and I hate the interiors they look very cheap/plastic, and the instrument layout is IMO horrible. I think that the dash should look back at you not up at the ceiling.

I have a bunch of Polaroid one step photos from when I was 11-13 years old at the track with my dad watching the truck races.... I was big into trucks then. Models of tractors, a C.B. base station, The movie Convoy, the song Convoy, A Smokey and the Bandit poster on the wall...... I Loved trucks.....

And some of us just never outgrew that, we just super sized our tonka trucks.

I didnt outgrow it, just went in a different direction. Once I had my first date I didnt wanna be away from home.

Those bullnose KW are strange and cool looking at the same time. What are the ones on the trailers, a international up front and a autocar in rear, shot in the dark someone set me straight.

The resolution on that picture is not that good, but the best I can make out when I magnify it is the last letter on the badge on the first one is an uppercase L, so probably a correct assumption, and the shape of the emblem on the back one does look like an Autocar.

I love the old trucks. I keep thinking about getting one. I had a few of the military trucks, m35, M52, M818. I still have a pile of old 70 & 80's truck brochures. As a kid, I was the only one around with a subscription to Heavy Duty Trucking. Mid America truck show was a bigger deal than Carl Caspers. CL9000 was another favorite that you don't see around.

I like one of these and would consider one as my next truck I think if the grill can be seen on that first truck it would show the inspirational grill.International Diagnostic Software.jpg
