Big Rig Pictures

Well I'm glad I'm not correct on the early years and drives that would mean I'm to involved with them and that's what I have you guys for. That one in the barn with the bent grill looks like it was a dump truck, you can tell from the bent grill as those drivers are always running nose to tail because only the guy in front can read the directions

I really like this one here, I guess y'all remember that one:

I also think it's cool how this collector had parked it.

Other than that I admire the Dodge "Big Horn" tractors:

By the way Dave, the first thing you have to do when you get your last 379 is get rid of those fugly headlamps and mount a proper lamp worthy of a Peterbilt...

I didnt outgrow it, just went in a different direction. Once I had my first date I didnt wanna be away from home.

That pretty much sums it for me also, for years I thought that was what I was going to do but being away just wasn't for me.

I did deliver carpet to the retailers throughout Southern California for several years.

I had a Mack Midliner and averaged 200-300 miles a day in the SoCal traffic. Once a week I'd head north to Bakersfield and Sacramento, once a month out to Phoenix.
I loved being on the road and the SoCal traffic wasn't even an issue, best part was I was home each evening.

(not the truck but a picture of one like it.)

Here is a cool little Mack that I spotted at a local shopping center, it had historical license plates on it making it at least 25 years old.

I have a set on my current 359 but still have the original straight mounts instead of the drop/j mount. Like I said my next truck will be a Kenworth unless one of those Lone Star **** spreaders grabs me and is configured correctly.

No, I don't and like Dave and others mentioned I don't want to be out on the road, I have a bed its upstairs in the bedroom. I just thought it was funny that google put their ad in after watching a video of a big truck doing a burnout/doughnut. Hey Will is it worse or more senseless with a big truck or is a car and big truck on the same level with regard to burnouts, just asking?
