Has anyone had a misprinted block number or heard of it? Mine says 2468130-9 , date 6-30-66 but i cant find it. The book i have says 2568130 is a 383 and 2468030 is 413. Is there a possible miscasting number here?
I tried to take a picture as best as i could, but you can make out the 4 clearly.

On 1966 B/RB engines, there is a machined pad under the distributor that will be stamped B, the year code for 1966. On the same pad will be stamped 383 or 413 or 440 denoting the engine size. Yours is a late production car if the 6-30-66 date is correct, which means the 413 would not have been original equipment. For purposes of a proper ID, note that some 413 engines had the numbers 41 on the pad instead of the whole 413. The B and RB castings are different motors so a mis-cast number on the side of the block is very unlikely. More likely the engine was replaced at some point.
