Looks pretty sweet btw!
What 4bbl carb is a 450CFM that will fit that manifold?I also agree that 500cfm is plenty...I would go with 450cfm if I can find so e that will work
Oh geez I dunnoWhat 4bbl carb is a 450CFM that will fit that manifold?
The Edlebrock Performers are 500CFM and they have the smaller bolt pattern that you need. Holley carbs have a larger bolt pattern that's not gonna fit.
i have a factory iron manifold for a 383 but i never used it in the '65. the car always ran perfect with all it's o.e. equipment and i just couldn't ague with perfection. Is that the factory intake manifold or an aftermarket version?

what bolt pattern would he need? i see that speedway has this oddball to adapt to the old small wcfb pattern. Holley/Edelbrock to Carter WCFB 4-Barrel Carburetor Adapter PlateThe Edlebrock Performers are 500CFM and they have the smaller bolt pattern that you need.

there are only so many bolt patterns. one or another i think you'll have it covered. how are your fabrication skills? have you considered linkages? Was just trying to come up with some sort plan ahead of time.
I was thinking the WCFB and the AFB had the same bolt pattern. I was wrong about that.what bolt pattern would he need? i see that speedway has this oddball to adapt to the old small wcfb pattern. Holley/Edelbrock to Carter WCFB 4-Barrel Carburetor Adapter PlateView attachment 608604
