I just bought a new Cardone replacement PS pump for my wife's 67 Fury wagon. It's a Federal style round body. I pulled the pulley off the old pump and it doesn't fit the new Cardone one. The hole is too large. I'm trying to find a new pulley but I am having no luck. All that comes up are serpentine pulleys. Anyone know which v-belt pulley to use with Cardone PS pump # 966184? Thank you.

I'm suspecting you did not keep your core?

Before we chase this too much.. Please confirm new one and old one are both 1 or the other. They look very similar, and both used the same cap, they do use different brackets and often times parts stores mix them up.

To complicate things further, there are 2 styles of TRW pump, large and small.
Large has hex fitting at center of pulley. Small does not.
My 1967 TRW large style pump (pulley is bent, but hex fitting clearly visible):

My original is the TRW on the left. Rock Auto sent me the Federal on the right. Bracket mounting was way off. Same with my 65 Belvedere wagon. I put a newer 360 in it but had to go with the older water pump to fit the original PS pump brackets and radiator hoses.
