It's better than being in pain all day and living on gutrot pills... 3-6 months of PT and you're better than new! And in Canada, it's FREE!!

Don't know for sure 'bout gutrot pillz Ross but I had a deal going in the early '80s with a gal that worked in the office of the trucking co. I pulled for thru' the '80s and half the '90s that commuted from Windsor to Detroit every day. She and her hubby loved Irish Mist that according to her cost about 3Xs in Ontario az it did in Michigan back then so we struck up a trade deal that worked out well for almost 4 yearz for she and hubby and me 'til random urinalysis testing came into the industry in '84. She would supply me with a 250 count bottle of 222's and I'd leave her a 5th of Irish Mist in her car every couple months('bout an even $ trade) and we'd pass notes thru' my information pigeon hole in the drivers lounge when it waz time to replenish the supply in either direction, lol. I got a heads up from our boss who waz aware of what we were doing when the random testing waz about to start soooo I had to go back to regular aspirin for the arthritis in these 'ole bonez, CRAP CRAP CRAP. FYI, It takes 3 200mg Advil to equal what 1 of the 222's would do with no side affects, Jer.

Finally got a proper phone. Ditched the cave man unit. Lol. Hope you dig the pics. Thanks for all the show advice. My plates were my godfathers given to me years ago by my godmother ( my dads aunt) they were real important to me as my parents were very young at the time & still needed to finish school. Common place now but that stuff didn’t fly too well in 1969. He used to save all his vanity plates & hand them in his garage. Now they hang in mine accept for these era correct ones I can use. I also got real lucky with a razor blade, goo gone & a lot of patience I was able to peel the 73 down to the 72 on the registration sticker . The other one peeled to 71 but I had two shots at it. So the 72 is proudly on the front.

I’m hoping to rifle the swap meet , check out the C & truck sections. & catch a few drag races. I’ve seen enough deep pocket B&E bodies & late model chargers & challengers to last me a lifetime already. I have the typical c body wish list . Power bench seat switch, dome light rally center caps if not astronomical, back up TQ core to take home.

For anybody wondering that is my Shelby Dakota in the background on the back burner since 08. I’ve got a rusty as hell red one that you probably can just see in the garage that’s my daily driver. I live real close to my job so I have the fortune of keeping it old school 24/7. Some would think it’s by circumstance. Lol maybe a little bit of both. No car payment since July of 94 and proud of it!!

Any good facilities for cleaning our cars in the area, say between Gettysburg and Carlisle? After hours of driving, I expect mine to be quite dirty on arrival.

After you enter gate 3 about 600 ft in, to the left there are hoses . Bring a bucket, soap and dry towels. Do not detail the car there. Wash it and move it for the next guy. If there is no line then sit as you like.
The earlier you get there the more time you will have to wash and clean the car.

There is also a car wash on Hanover Street.

moparwiks, what year power seat frame are you looking for?

Part of the C-body row this morning. I had a fantastic time meeting many FCBO folks, all for the first time -- thanks guys (and your families) for the warm welcome!

Thank you, but the 1971 blue/white coupe -- up front in the photo I posted -- is Dave's car (@polara71). Mine is the red/black 1970 convertible (third from left) -- hope you liked it and its original black interior, too!

View attachment 198540 View attachment 198542 View attachment 198543 View attachment 198544 I was not prepared for that show. I went on friday. Overwhelmed by the sheer size, so I stuck to my game plan. Hit the c & truck sections. Corral & survivors, didn’t go out of my way for late models A B or E bodies & probably 80 percent of the vendors. By the time my wife & kids had had it, I was too gassed myself to fight them lol. Couldn’t find what I needed. (Dome light, 6 way power seat switch) but some neat stuff I would like. I made sure I took plenty of cards from folks who carry stuff I wanted. My a/c system was mutalated from a previous owner so I was pricing how much it would take to get that ugly useless compressor off my car & the correct (very rare) 72 400 4bbl intake. I got a TQ on top of a 75 or 76 can’t remember intake with the wrong choke & fabricated plate to cover the egr valve.
