Blah blah blah, same thing they say on the news but a good reminder I suppose. Good to hear they are going as planned though, will they have hand sanitizer stations throughout the showfield? I do not see anything listed on that.

With 114 heat index I think the Coronavirus or any other virus will be dead at Carlisle.

Hopefully the travel ban will be over by then.

I am still planning to be there, but circumstances at work will likely make it a real PITA this year. Assuming we can return to business as usual in May, I might get caught up before July... the later things stabilize, the more likely that I will be asked to shorten or cancel the time off.

My typical statement about my time off notification is more informational than asking permission, may be an unwise move while the world around me is trying to avoid financial ruin. This situation is going to have a long lingering aftereffect.

Tell me about that Catnip. I got a call from My Surgeons Office half hour ago. All elective surgeries haz been canceled in Wilmington 'til further notice. My elective surgery for my new Bionic left knee haz now been put on "Temporary Stifle" 'TIL WHO KNOW WHEN. MISSED IT BY 4 FRICKIN' DAYZ, AND I'M SITTING HERE WITH A PAIR OF CRUTCHES, POTTY BOOSTER CHAIR, A NEW WALKER. AND WITH MY PRE-OP APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY I AM NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF A PAIR OF LEG PUMPS TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF BLOOD CLOTS IN MY LEGS THAT MY VISA HAS BEEN TAPPED FOR ANOTHER $125 OF. As I mentioned in another thread,the CDN-U.S. border is closed.
So Carlisle is out for me.
Not sure about the C Body show and the show in Farmington CT.
I am still going to the Moparfest show in New Hamburg,Ontario..no border to cross en route,LOL

Assuming you are talking about Chryslers at Carlisle and not Spring Carlisle, the border is closed for 30 days. Chryslers at Carlisle is almost 4 months away. While I don't have a crystal ball, I seriously doubt if this will go on this long. I'd go ahead and make plans... Worst case is you cancel some hotel reservations.
