I just got around to opening that.

I will say...this is THE fastest car I have ever piloted in my life.

If I had FU money, I would buy an M3 Saloon just to beat the living snot of and laugh like a Bond villian all the while

The fastest challenge I had so far in the Redeye was from a Tesla. It was quick off the line but had nothing for me at the big end of the run.

I MAY have some good news on Carlisle this year. I am watching my new station this morning and they are showing a map of the United States cited by the White House. They showed and I quote "The earliest date which relaxing social distancing may be possible with containment strategies that include testing, contact tracing, isolation, and limiting gather size." Pennsylvania has a Threshold date of May 25th-May 31st. Sounds kind of encouraging. Connecticut however will have to wait until at least the beginning of June around the 1st-7th or later.

Road course is the best. That car has to be able to go straight, turn left and right, accelerate and slow down numerous times. Straight line, roundy-round, or road course, each kind has it's own skillset.

That's what makes F1 so cool to watch. Especially the start. 20-22 cars starting from a standing start running up to the first turn usually a 90 or a hairpin. All fighting for the lead and the best racing line into the turn that's only about 60' wide:rofl:

900 horse 1.6 litre V-6 Turbo in a 1500 lb car. No traction control, no launch control.

The city of Carlisle posted that their summer festival on July 4 is cancelled. Not sure how that will impact the shows

At least they have cars on it from 70.

Once the souvenir vendor changed 3 or 4 years ago the shirts have gotten horrible. Even the material sucks.
Used to be you could touch the shirts before you bought, now they're behind the counter. Its a much more stuffy environment.

Back to the design, only one C body i can ever recall on there and that was 8 years ago.
