carter 2bbl OEM replacement PN# 5-599 manual or vaccuum choke ?

<--- this is the bottom side of the carter 5-599 carb. notice the throttle plate position and how it almost totally covers the transfer slots (.035 is max I think). if you have more than that exposed, you are getting into your main circuit and off the idle circuit.

everything is beautimus. fuel flow, carb function, manual choke, everything.
