Ah, in the old days, I'd make a deal in heartbeat. Real K, real U, top line of tag makes no sense to me (sure its fine, just outside my experience).

The rub? No mention of documentation. Proof (vintage pieces of paper, etc) it was CHP? It otherwise is not "self-declaring" as CHP to me (but I am no expert).. so I offer no opinion as to whether its CHP.

Though I am sure it looks ostensibly like the real deal, with recognizable, factory "K" VIN stuff (fluid coolers, big accessory brackets, HP exhaust manifolds, 140 mph speedo, etc).

I have exited the B squad business, but still getting the shivers over such a fine specimen. It would lower my resistance if it didnt have a $2K bill on the hood for coast-to-coast transportation on top what else I would need to do to acquire it.

thanks chief -- hope it does well, decent ask for what I can see..

Wow, sold right away for at $8k. This car reminded me of one I saw a couple months ago at a local show. It's a '77 though, very similar option wise, but in outstanding condition. It's a long way from home. VIN# WK41U7A231780
