firefox and windows xp. links work no problem. for ebay viewers the photos are watermarked. search of "commando1 newport" would lead a potential buyer to any further info they could possibly want on either the car or the seller.

No problem on my iPad. Except the lack of bids.:poke:

Jeez....no bids?

People are losing out on a beautiful rust free car.

My grandaddy had one just like it. Had a 355 rocket engine. Would do 150mph on the highway all day! Sure wish I had the $$ to buy yours. lol

I wish you luck my man. Car sure is worth the money. Very clean! Hell I'd swap out the a/c hoses, recharge, and daily drive the hell out of her.

Everybody'standing at the crossing expecting to see a train wreck.
I promise I am not here for the carnage, genuine concern. Maybe Leno needs one for his collection... I don't think I would want to see her lost in his heard, but she would get taken care of.

Have you considered CL... Anyone looking at this for $9500 would have to see yours as a bargain...1968 Chrysler Newport

Doh, I didn't notice the no bid part. Stan put up something like not Hemi, Charger whatever you like in the title. It will broaden the search. It will sell. $4100 doesn't go far & that is a nice car.

Nope. Not gonna do it.
The Germans read ebay as well as CL...

Actually, next stop may be to pull the plates and put it into storage somewhere. Let the executor deal with it. He can advertise it as a barn find...

Storage space is available at my place, just see how you get it over here. :D

I have mixed feelings about Craigslist.

We sold my Corvette that way after everything else failed. My son listed it and he's used to dealing with the morons. I don't have the patience. It does expose your car more and it may sell locally (a mixed blessing).

You'd have to take a pic with a hose.

That's funny. My '05 and my' 08 Vettes, sold themselves. And didn't lose a penny on either one. Go figger.....

My wife's Rx-8 I'm going to have to literally give away.

We had a hellava time selling my 91. It was a really nice car too... Much nicer than most of the C4 Corvettes I've seen. I had the car for 10 years.

I think the market was saturated. Seemed like there was a C4 Vette for sale on every corner. I took less than it was worth.

The guy that bought it... He said he had been looking for months and this was the nicest he'd seen and the absolute best driving one. I'm glad he got it.... He told me his wife had passed earlier that year and was looking for something he could have a little fun with. Really nice guy too.
