On the '66 Imperial, I have some issues going on:

NOT Working!

1) No radio function, no lighted display.
2) No dash illumination.
3) No heat\air fan function
4) No Map light
5) No Power antenna

All have worked previously, except #5

What works in the dash:

1) Turn indicators
2) Hi-beam indicator
3) All of the gauges
4) Horn
5) Clock
6) Wipers
7) Top switch

No indication of blown fuses or burnt lights. No hanging wires, except for the rear speaker.

Any ideas?

Take a voltmeter and check both ends of the fuses. Sounds like you are not getting power to the things that do not work. Most of them are on separate circuits, so there may be a corrosion issue on the fuse block as noted. Check the bulb for the map light.

Time to dive under the dash tonight. No blown fuses that I saw from before on the map light issue. Watching old guys contort under a dash was always humorous for me...about 20 years back. Now that I supposedly am one, officially...eh, not quite so funny to me.

I take the seat out...

Check your brake lights. The instrument lights are usually fused with the brake lights.

As suggested, check voltage at the fuse block to see if the issue is with power.

When I was younger, I'd hang my feet over the top of the seat, make sure the footwell was clean from little rocks and such, then ease "into position" More comfortable thay trying to lay on the rocker panel or transmission hump.

Check the wiring schematic for any common feeds or common grounds in the affected circuits.

Keep us posted,

I've had glass fuses get old and internally fail (not blow-just break). Couldn't tell visually that they had gone bad.

I found it by using my tester across the fuses in the fuse panel.
