Dead Instrument Cluster

Hey there y'all, my instrument cluster has no lights, pretty sure it's been like that since I bought the car. Checked the fuse panel by my parking brake and one was blown but I replaced it and it did nothing. My dimmer switch seems to work fine, as it does properly dim the lights, wiper, and rear defrost lights. I'm assuming it's my bulbs, but it seems kinda weird they're all out at once except for my high beam indicator, so maybe my instrument cluster voltage regulator? Or maybe Chrysler is hiding a fuse panel from me lol. Any help is appreciated, thanks folks! If any photos would help, let me know. 1977 Plymouth Gran Fury if that happens to change anything.

Cluster voltage regulator does not affect the instrument lights, that is used to power the gauges. You can try pulling one bulb and replacing it to see if it lights. If the lights still do not work, you will probably have to pull the cluster and check the ground and circuit pathways. Since you have a high beam light, you probably do not have a bad ground. These cars have a printed circuit board that sometimes will crack and break the the continuity of the circuit. Use a volt meter to check the circuit and if a gap is found in the pathway, some careful soldering will usually repair it.

Like I mentioned, it seems to work fine. My headlights and tail lights come on when I pull it, and it does properly dim the few dash lights I have (lights, wiper, and rear defrost)
