Typically, the max cooling optioned cars and A/C equipped cars would be expected to have a shroud. Most of the others did not have a shroud. Check the radiator, if it had a shroud, it probably would have the bolt holes for it on the inside of the radiator frame.

I say if it’s a 413 than yes.

It’s a 383 and I have boiling gas in trafic, I am trying to fix that! Maybe a shroud or an aluminum radiator may help

A fan shroud will definitely make an improvement in cooling.

This is from a 65 300 383 2bbl.

Your should check the coolant temperature to be sure the car is not running hot. Should have a 180 T-Stat and should run something close to that. Next check the heat riser to be sure it is not stuck. Modern moonshine blend fuels have a lower boiling point, that causes issues with the carb boiling. A shroud will help get more air flow thru the radiator if the other items check out ok. More air flow will help if the car is running hot but probably not so much if the temp is normal. Another thing that could help is a high volume T-Stat such as a Robert Shaw, this will increase coolant flow and should help to reduce the block temperature.

Should have a 180 T-Stat

Might want to check the FSM on that......when I had my '65 Monaco 383 4brl. I had a 180 stat and it ran to the hotter side.....finally checked the service manual and factory called for a 160 stat.

If it runs hot with a 180 Thermostat it will run hot with a 160 Thermostat. Get the radiator cleaned and block cleaned out. My Dad used to have a Six Pack 70 Charger and it always ran hot. He took it to a radiator shop and he did a high pressure flush on the block and that fixed it. You should have seen what came out. And this was a nice restored car.
