Update for everyone..... So after getting the color diagram I started testing voltages. I am getting voltage to the switch, switch is putting out the correct voltage, measured voltage at the lights and everything is correct. I was trying to locate a missing ground for the tail lights and such. Nothing..... Then, by accident, Eureka!!! One of the bulb ballast touched metal and lights.... Then I asked where is it grounding then? Realized!!!! The taillight bucket is the ground!!! Once I bolted a taillight to the body and plugged in a light. BOOM!! Lights lol Thanks for all the help. Still a lot to do, but one step closer to having her on the road again.
