I thought about that for a minute to John, then realized that a lot of them, not all, looks like they were self inflicted by idiots that may be a danger to themselves or others.

Agreed.. sometimes “Stupid is as Stupid does” in some of those cases.. others are unfortunate victims wrong place wrong time.
