European Travel - Car Shows

I'm looking to plan another trip to Europe for next year, I have some ideas but thought it might be fun to go to a big car show.

So what are the big events, doesn't necessarily need to be Mopar or American cars.
Anything from Norway to Italy, I'm pretty open.

I'm a casual tourist, like to get off the beaten path. I do like to big stuff, just not compelled to do it because of the hype.

One that comes to my mind is the annual Forssa Pick-Nick, which will be held on the first Sunday of August in Forssa, Finland.

If the weather is good, it'd easily gather 2500 cars and dozens of motorcycles in one area - the hippodrome of Pilvenmäki.

Depends when you´ll be here. The biggest car show ( and on their website it says in the world with about 20.000 classic vehicles )is
the Big Meet in Lidköping, Sweden July 02.-04.2020

If you want to go for Mopars it´s the Mopar Nationals August 1st.2020 in Herten about 45 minutes northeast of Düsseldorf, Germany.
The show starts at about 0900AM and later on in the afternoon everyone drives to a nearby airfield where everyone has the
possibility to go for max. acceleration down the runway.

If you come by a little earlier you can visit the Mopar Spring Fling May 2nd.2020 in Stade close to Hamburg northern Germany.
About 150 cars attend usually, show starts also about 0900AM.

If you make it down south, May 24th at Lignano Sabbiadoro is the date. It's a seaside resort in north-eastern Italy and attracts participants from adjacent countries as well. Advertised as the "Oldest U.S. Cars Meeting in Italy". They have a rather barren website: ..:: Us Car Reunion ::.. Home.

Three days, two nights. Cars, rock'n'roll, burn-out party, drive-in movie, swap meet.
Ideal for tourists, cause the location is in the middle of the southern Finland. You can get there by train from Helsinki Airport. The event is located nearby Hameenlinna town, at walking distance from railway station and many hotels. Welcome.
