FCA's Marchionne is in Grave health and has been replaced by Mike Manley

He made it passed the finish line when he recently declared the company's debt will be erased this year. It was a long haul for him, but the grace was there to let him get where he wanted to be, and now he doesn't linger in pain and misery. Job well done and the quality of vehicles they produce these days is very good. RIP Sergio.

Fair enough, was told when I moved to NZ that the law prevented my medical and dental surgeries from requesting my records from my previous ones in adelaide. How is this helping me when as the person whose privacy is being protected, I can't request such a thing?

Can't speak for NZ but here a patient can request copies of their records at any time from any place. I can also request copies of a patient record once I present the signed consent form which I have always done since 1982.
