Do you use subs?

No subs. Control freek my customers hire me because I oversee 100% of the work. Found my niche and have not advertised for 15 years. I add about 15 to 20 new clients per year all from referrals.
People know they may have to wait months for me and only do interior in the winter, so I am busy all year round. I lose some work but most people will wait for me.

Employees can be a real pain in the ***.... It seems like you go through 5 to get 1 good one.
