So, me being young and naive I forgot to mention this
The photo below I posted before was when my Chrysler was at the shop I used to work at (has since been moved to another shop I trust very well to do the work) (other shop has more experience with these older cars)
Anyways, the shop I used to work at which is right next to that dumpster is where Brewer Brothers Chrysler used to sit, opening as a dealer in 1912. At the time of its closing around 2015, it was the oldest Chrysler dealer in the country. I know that doesn’t have anything really to do with C bodies, but just thought someone may get a kick out of the car being there of all places, and me having had worked in the old building that once housed 1912 model year Chryslers.
Yes I have gotten to see old memorabilia tucked away, signs, service and vehicle orders, etc IMG_3807.jpeg

Allow me to correct myself because it’s late and I’m tired
They obvi didn’t sell Chryslers in 1912. Their first car they ever sold was an REO model and they were an REO dealer but switched to Mopar fairly early. I know the papers I saw regarding vehicle inventory (dated 1927 and 1928) was for Chryslers and some new at the time car brand named after a rock some pilgrims landed on

Interesting article about the Brewer Brothers dealership on their 100th anniversary in 2011 in “The Register Citizen” with a photo of a 1905 REO in their showroom. They started with REO in 2011. They acquired DeSoto and Plymouth franchises by 1931. Followed by Chrysler (no date in article). Dodge trucks in 1971.

Very cool! This is my Fury in front of Beckman Motor Co. in Mt. Oliver PA. A small boro completely surrounded by the city of Pittsburgh. They have been in business since 1914, the first few years selling Chevys, then switching to Chrysler Plymouth & Imperial. Like all of the other small dealerships, Chrysler pulled their franchise in 2009. They still sell and service used cars today. My Fury didn't come from there but most of my dads, uncle, & grandfather bought their cars from Beckmans.

The papers I saw might’ve been dated 1937 then
