I discovered when I pulled the fresh air flaps out that the rubber gaskets were in less than great condition.
I had some rubber gasket material kicking around and I'm not sure anyone sells the gaskets so I popped the rivets out. cleaned the metal flaps and went to town
Here is what they looked like and how they turned out.

Note:
I discovered that even from the factory that the sealing area was under sized so I started out with a larger than factory piece and trimmed it down until it would open and close properly after reinstalling the flap into the housing

Looks good.
I know DMT has kits to do this for 68's. I believe I even have an extra set. When he made my paint, body, and heater gaskets he threw a set of vent gaskets, both the rubber parts and the white foam gaskets. I had forgotten he had sent them so I ordered another set.
