front drum brake hoses advice needed

how am i suppose to get a wrench in there very tight fit. do i need something like a o2 sensor socket type deal to get it?

and my bleeder valve is very rusty

looks like i'll be buying new wheel cylinders when i get around to it...

Take the wheel cylinder loose and remove the hose after the cylinder is off the backing plate
