Hi is there anywhere over there is the states that makes suspension bushings for a 67 new yorker C body, im finding them for A/B and E bodys, a complete front suspension kit for my car would be awesome

PST has all garbage / off-shore parts not meant for use on a bicycle...
And they won't have the correct PITMAN ARM...............
I have everything -- Upper & Lower Ball Joints, Upper & Lower Control Arm Bushings, Inner & Outer Tie Rods and Sleeves, Idler Arm, Pitman Arm, Inner & Outer Sway Bar Frame Bushings, and Strut Rod Bushings.
---------------- That's a "C" Body's entire Front End.------------------

i have found the bushings easy enough but the linkage bar that comes down to the sway bar is bent on mne and just wanted to get a whole new unit but cant find one

In response to member MOBILEPARTS post:

The product that we sell is and has always been quality. We started our company in 1984 providing quality front end parts in Polygraphite and Rubber for the majority of American built car from the early 60’s on up. All of our parts are made to meet or exceed OEM specifications and our entire line of products is backed by our lifetime limited warranty.

Also because of our love for this forum we offer exclusively to the members here 10% off any orders over $200.

But on a personal note I find it in very poor taste that an individual/non sponsored vendor in this case bad mouthing the competition and then posting that he has the parts. In fact I see that out of his 54 posts more than 2/3 are in response that he has the parts and they are X amount of $ in a non classified post. I would recommend that maybe Mobileparts should offer to be a forum sponsor?

Thanks

James,
The regulars here, for the most part already take posts from Mobileparts with a grain of salt, at best.
Personally, I have been surprised at how he has been allowed to pimp his services here.

I havent, but I have had the misfortune of dealing with his lack of knowledge first hand

im in new zealand and find it hard to get parts for mt C body, i WILL be buying a PST front suspension kit for my C body in the very near future as i like that ya get the whole kit but no one makes the linkage i was after for the 67 new yorker that has the fully welded in bushing but i had new, stronger ones made for bugger all and it uses a standard d style swaybar bushing and can change the bushing easy as in the future i got 2 150mm M10 high tensile bolts ($3 each) with matching lock nuts , 2 pieces of 5 mm think metal plate cut to 25X100mm ($2.80) measured bolts to same legnth as the standard link cut and welded plate to bottom, lined d shackle up and drilled holes in plate ,measured and welded the bottom retainer in place on the bolt and done, the bolt has a nearly identical looking thread on the end to, sprayed them black and put the bushes in place

Nice work, that's what you call grabbing the bull by the horns!

I bought and installed complete PST (polygraphite) kits for 2 project cars (a 1968 Truck and a 1972 car) both turned out great and made a hell of difference in ride quality and steering control.
