So the good this past week was the return of our missing Jeep with not to much damage. What do they look at during a Sales Audit?
They are reviewing our paperwork regarding the program money we claimed and FCA paid us. For instance if we claimed a $5000 rebate on a new vehicle they check to make sure we followed their rules. That's a simplified version as some of the programs are very convoluted and have several stipulations that must be met or they charge you back the rebate you claimed. Typically these can cost the store $20000 to $200000 in chargebacks

Well let's put it this way....the Dealership could have purchased 30 C bodies with the money they charged us back....at current FCBO Formal prices that is...
The Owner is in Vegas at the NFR so beat downs are postponed until next week. Took today off so I can get that thing I promised you handled btw!
