428 convertible ...Not being a Ford guy but those two words together were probably the driver.View attachment 272932 I didn’t see this car up close so not sure why it was so popular. I was out on the floor looking over the cars & I heard the crowd cheering & the auctioneer was working the bidders with excitement. This car was moving. So I turned towards the stage & a large crowd was gathered. I started watching the big screen & this Galaxy convertible brought $89 thousand to the cheers of the crowd
I'd rather have the old indian above it...View attachment 273617 $22,500 for this post-war Willy’s Jeepster

Beautiful Charger there, love the 68-70'sView attachment 266241 View attachment 266242 View attachment 266243 View attachment 266244 View attachment 266245 View attachment 266246 This teal colored 68 Charger was quite the hit. I think this was a resto mod because the paint was stunning. Lots of clear. It has a Hemi engine that had bolt on mods. They didn’t say it was an original Hemi car. The guy in the blue shirt bid to 86 thousand & waved off when his bid was quickly countered by another bidder across the floor. The bidders aid in the white shirt convinced him to come back which he did at $88 thousand. That bid was quickly counters with $89 thousand & the guy turned & walked away. Pretty exciting to be that close to & the look of defeated on that guys face. He clearly was showing emotion.
Some of the models came without the trim ringsView attachment 267876 This Cutlass S was super nice. 350 Rocket Olds. Looked fast with the paint & wing. The yellow rims look new so I have to assume the trim rings were in the trunk
My pleasureThanks for sharing Bob.
