Head gasket question

So...you see the color of my car, right? That's the color of the exhaust on start up, lol There were pieces of the seals under the valve cover, in a pile at the back.. So my question is - how do you replace them? I have the 383.

It can be done without tearing the engine down but it is kind of a pain in the behind
