Headers won't fit ! 68 polara 500 wagon

We had to cut out a piece from the front crossmember and reinforce it .. As far as the idler arm we just lucked out with enough clearance. It's still fairly close, but enough to get away with it. Some guys just debt their pan by the idler arm I heard.
