I'm working on a buddies 1968 Imperial and as is with most old cars its a bit of exploration and guess work as not everything is the way the factory did it. There is a rubber hose that exits the firewall by the brake booster and then is just tied up in the harness and not connected to anything. I know the car has a number of vacuum actuated controls with heat and air or perhaps a drain tube - I just don't know but hope someone out there does.
