Old School Hit & Miss engines (1900’s) used these to oil parts of the engine. They are in excellent condition. The brand is Lunkenheimer #1 fig.1297 Pioneer. They are brass and glass is very nice. They are $25 each plus the ride.

And I am supposed to use these for what? These are gravity oilers for babbitt bearings. Do not have one cylinder stationary engines around. (Think one cylinder distillate farm engines.) circa 1910.

I always wanted a hit and miss engine. Don't know why .. I guess I don't need a why.
