Hey everybody! 1077 Chrysler 300 convertibles of the 1970 model were produced. We have maybe 5 of them here in Finland, certainly more in Sweden, but how many are left in the USA?
Hahaa, good idea, but back to the point. Are there car statistics in the USA, for example from the car registration center?
Not really. There are services that can search records but it costs money and will not be accurate for cars no longer registered.Hahaa, good idea, but back to the point. Are there car statistics in the USA, for example from the car registration center?
Rare document, I suppose. As for the 1,077, I found a document from 1976 that contradicts that number as actually being 903, but who really knows?

A good idea, but by observation, most of the "300 clubs" are mainly concerned with Letter Series 300s rather than the more mundane "normal" 300s.The 300 club maybe?
The short answer is nothing that I would call accurate.Hahaa, good idea, but back to the point. Are there car statistics in the USA, for example from the car registration center?
1,077 total less 903 sold (presuming shipped to US dealers as indicated on SG 30 report) leaves a not unreasonable 174 destined for sale in Canada and Export. As for the 1,077, I found a document from 1976 that contradicts that number as actually being 903, but who really knows?

Agreed. Whenever I read someone's ad for their car and they state, "Only XX left in the US," I always wonder where they got such information.but who really knows?
@ayilar, any statistics from the “last convertibles” thread? I’ve tried to go through it, but always get distracted by the beautiful cars, lol.Do we have #s of just ones on this site?
