Thanks to @Fratzog for posting a resto video for PP23U1D1401114 -- a GC8 SFGT that was previously owned by Mr. B. Smith in Washington State.

Here is the car under his ownership, as seen in the SFGT registry:

Clearly, the numbers plate is the same as seen in the YT restoration video:
