How many 1971 Plymouth Sport Fury GT"s are left ?

Have no problem putting up a vin and will do so all be it some may not want that info public and l have no issue with that ,the way things are these day..if nothing else we could get a close count on these gems and with the knowledge base and talented folks that kick around here should be able to sort most of it all out...looking for long term reference points more than throwing something out there on short notice..with only 375 GT,s to deal with shouldn't b to bad..

This will not have a problem . All VINs can be seen through the windshield or under the hood. It is usually the uptights that won't give a VIN in which case you do the best you can .

She's pretty ruff I was just told I can buy the car for 1,800.00 possibly. A tree fell on it still has the drivetrain in it missing the buckets.

I know Billy Fury's site has quite a few 71s and the site posted before 70 71 GT and 70 S23 registry page has most the same.

This would look to be a parts car, consider carefully if there are $1.8k worth of parts. If the floors and frame are solid, it probably could be fixed, but you would be looking at at least $50k to bring this one back.

This car was parked next to me at the Mason Dixon Mopar Show in Western Maryland about 8-10 years ago IIRC. He was from West Virginia.

Worth it. It was at Carlisle several years ago and it appeared to be a very original car. I contacted the seller a few years ago to try to talk to them about buying it but they would not respond to me. The one time I got to talk to someone they were definitely different...

I would get a donor car for a roof cut to do this one. Provided you did all the work yourself minus the interior restoration it wouldn't be impossible to bring her back. Learn to weld and paint, you are halfway there.
