how to remove convertible top latch

I am trying to remove the latches from a 70 fury convertible top. Have removed the two small bolts and the nut beside them. They still won't come out and don't want to break them trying to force them. Is there something else holding them? Top frame is off the car. Thanks

I've done that before but it has been awile and I don't remember the details. I don't remember it being to complicated but required some prying and twisting.

Do you mean there are 4 bolts? I saw the two, but it's off the car and maybe I missed the other two.
