Why, oh why, do people seem to think that Chrysler Blue is the ONLY color Chrysler ever used on engines??? It was not even available until 1969 (some 340 and 318 engines), and across the board in 1972. This should be Turquoise to be right. Blue looks so wrong, especially on pre-'69 cars.

Other than that major faux pas, it looks like a hell of a nice car!

Maybe they wanted it that color, under the hood is a little removed from factory.

At least it isn't Ford blue, had that happen to me.

Alan

Oh my goodness. I want this car BAAAAAD.

I sent a note to my cousin in Minnesota. My uncle has a an H that is gorgeous.

I agree that his is one cool car and priced right for what it is but what's up with the tiny little air breather????:icon_thumbdown:

That's funny, I feel that way about the orange engines...looks so wrong when misapplied.

Oh, the knob in the centre of the grille looks stupid.

I think it looks great regardless of engine color. ONLY the guy that knows the engine should be a different color would ***** but as noted, it isnt set up for original anyway.

The 300 looks badass with the Astro Supremes. The '62 is absolutely my favorite of the Exner era.

If anybody would like to donate to the Jake foundation which helps out the car-o-holic who can not stop looking at cars on the internet and would like to buy another old mopar, feel free to send me some help!

My cousin in Minnesota's name is actually Jake by coincidence... He just finished a Cuda & is looking for another project. I hope he buys this car.

He's a kid (24) but somewhat of a purist. His Cuda is mostly stock except some modern wheels/tires.

But, I don't really know the answer to your question...

Has ANYBODY ever got a good deal from a flipper? Really?
Chasing a car from a flipper is going on a fool's errand.

Just cuz a guy makes a profit doesn't automatically mean that it's not a nice car.
