HUMmmmmmm……. Jeff's bus and Connie would be very attractive sitting out behind the cabin. Class things up a bit. Maybe even have a swap meet a couple times a year, you know. Mopar parts spread out all over. 
I fought the HOA and I beat the system.

Actually you didn't fight the HOA at all. The property you bought is outside their influence.
If you had put the building on your original property and they tried to ban it and you beat them in court I could agree. But you didn't fight them at all.

In that context, it would have been better said that I read the fine print and between the lines, did my due diligence in all aspects of Covenants of The Dear Run HOA and found a loophole.
FWIW, the **** storm is getting funnier and funnier.as we speak. I feel invigorated.
And in other news, the cabin has been named in honor of the last Indian tribe who last settled this land: The FUHOA

No loophole. The property doesn't fall under the HOA rules. Its not part of the subdivision. Its the same if the property was 5 miles away.
But, the HOA surely chomped at the bit and drooled over reining you in and laying the smackdown on you until they found they couldn't.

I guess FUHOA needs an official flag, anthem and a tall flag pole with a PA speaker on top. Would be great for the dawn to dusk flag activities accompanied by the playing of the official anthem!
