One of my friends is the Commercial Manager at AAP and one of his commercial customers is the Maryland State Police Barracks so he supplies all the parts for the State Patrol Chargers and their other vehicles. The State Patrol boys want the Scat Packs for service vehicles because some of the bad guys are running drugs up and down I-95 have the super cars that can just walk away from the 5.7 Chargers. About once a month here you here about the State Police involved in multi county chases. They usually catch those idiots they are chasing because the bad guys can't handle the speed and crash in to something or spike strips and occasionally the State Police will execute the spinout move.

I just found out my 5.7 is governed at 144 OR it shuts down then .
The Scat Pack 6.4L is 187 mph.

At the very least I hope.
I did not know that there is a wide body Charger in Scat Pack with a 392.
I waz told once ah long time ago by ah CHP in SoCal that no matter how fast you go you CAN NOT out run a police radio. It only took ah mini second for that information to be processed, lol
