I have owned one of these cars and looked at a few others too. i would have to say that based on the pics and your report i will have to say there will be more rust than just around wheel wells as these particular cars are notorious for rusting. Having said that if there is no more rust than that, i would say worth no more than $2500 if the motor and trans is good.

I only posted that for a compairson Mark. Values on 60-61's are relativity close. In the Dodge I perfer the 60 models also..... Plymouth... the 61 is just so far out there you have to love them.

 
BTW, he is going to send me some additional pics........I will post them if/when I get 'em

You should buy that car. You just won't find a cooler car than that if you look for 100 years.
