I agree, but don't forget that the Chrysler and DeSoto still had the fins in '61.... I like pretty much every aspect of the '61 Chryslers... just a solid "Oh hell no" on the optional toilet seat deck lid.

I lean more toward the 60 Chrysler, but just because of the tail lights. Magnificent cars... and I like the comode lid too.... It just blends into the outragious style of the cars.
I ran across a 60 deck lid with the "spare tire" at Carlisle a few years ago and if I could have figured a way to carry it home I would have bought it to hang on the wall.
