The factory cast iron intakes for the HP engines are great street intake. Low end torque isn't excessively sacrificed at the altar of max flow aka CFM, so you have off idle tire frying power.
 
Nicks Garage had good 400HP+ with the Kowalski motor, think he said stock cast iron manifold with the Mopar Performance port templates and a mild cam were all he did.

Port matching is a lovely thing, really feels good, contouring with a Makita die grinder and your favorite tungsten carbide burrs, polishing as needed, CC'ing chambers, etc.
