No, you have to think it out. That's only one per every 2000 square feet. One for each bedroom, one for the staff, and one near each entertaining area for the guests. Sounds about right. It's the 22,000 square feet that's too much. I wonder what was done in the way of improvements since 2000 to get that kind of increase in value (from $1.7M to $18M).
