Imperial & C-body gathering in the Detroit area

It looks like people came and went, I didn't see some of these cars in your photos, and there were cars in your photos I hadn't seen. Thanks for being a great host Matt.

I know a couple of cars came and went without me even seeing them. I had a couple of my project cars including the Mobile Director inside and spent a good amount of time in the shop talking with people about them. Did we speak @Carmine ? My apologies if we did and I didn’t realize it but we don’t see enough of each other and I can be really bad with remembering names to faces and there was a lot of that for me yesterday…

What is this car? Looks like a piece of 65 300 trim on the front fender, which is a 66 fender.

Can you clarify? Very interesting!

We did speak, at length. I brought two C bodies but had to leave a bit early because of prior commitments.

Sorry, totally sketched out for a moment, all good now!

@detmatt Looks like you had a nice turnout with really nice rides making it to your event. Well done.
Gotta make it to the Dream Cruise someday.
Did you get a group photo?:poke:

Hi Ross;
This is my 66 wagon. The origial owner used a 65 trim piece to hold on the cladding piece when the bottom of the fenders rotted. I have painted replacements, just need time ot install them.

Cory my cohost just put up the video. He does nice work so do him a favor and check out some of his other Detroit area car culture content and subscribe.

That's awesome Matt that you have hosted this. Looks like a really fun time!

What is the designation of this car?
I understand it's a 72 by it's grill.

That is an awesome looking wagon!
I think the trim in front of the rear wheel really looks great.
Maybe it's the rims. Maybe it's the color combo. Cool wagon!

I’ll name a few but I hope those forum members that were there chime in to share the experience they had.
I had a great time! I brought my ‘72 Imp and had a flawless trip with AutoTemp II and cruise. I love this car! I met lots of Mopar folks and saw many really great cars. Thanks Matt!

That is a 72 plymouth fury sport suburban. Pretty much all original except obviously lowered, with US mags " ramblers" 20s' and 18s'. Thank you to Cory and Matt for setting it up! Thanks CH for the compliment.
