In the garage at the new house

I took it out for a spin and the State of Alabama is not going to tell me when I can and cannot drive that car

IF the car has "antique plates", check the state laws on "approved uses" of vehicles with antique plate on them. NOT unusual, but some ins and outs. Main thing is that the vehicle is not a daily-use car, as antique plates usually are less expensive than normal plates.

What happens if you get into an accident and you are at fault?

PS: Beautiful rear shot of the car, that's a great angle.

That is a good question but I only take it out once every 2weeks but I do not go very far maybe 2.5 miles to and then another 2.5 miles back to stretch its wheels . I do my best to avoid fender benders I also have classic car insurance on the car. On my policy I can drive it for pleasure. If the car shows and cruise ins are too far away I take my 2022 challenger

Since when are accidents the fault of 60-something classic car owners who have a ton of money invested in a nice classic car?

It's the 30-something I-phone addicted millennial idiots who will rearend your classic car...twice! Ask me how I know!

I wanted to have a manufacture year plate issued to the car
Year of manufacturer might be used as regular plates. In Ontario they are used as regular plates, the buy in cost is greater after the plates pass inspection. No annual fee after that. The classic car plates are a different class that comes with use restrictions and are much less expensive.

The state I live in its used as an antique tag you only need to pay for it 1 time and that is it the tag is good for ever but it cannot be transferred to another classic car
