So, this spring I saw an old friend and we were talking cars when I showed him my 68 New Yorker. He told me about a guy next town over whom had a Chrysler stash.
Yesterday was a nice day for a cruise so I took the New Yorker , picked my buddy up and we went to find this guy.
We pulled in the driveway and saw this.
He came out, saw the car and immediately started chatting us up. He showed us around and I was astounded. Not a lot a C bodies but every car was super clean.
He has 6! Valiants, all with a 360 or 383's or 440's.
This one had the 440 super commando small block that Mopar performance used to sell.
68 Fury with a 4speed
He also had this Petty Charger, one of 24?, 109 miles on it.
I have a video of the garage full of darts, but cant seem to load it.
He also had a sweet 62 polara
we stayed for a few hours, had a beer and shot the ****. Nice guy, told us to stop back anytime. A real Mopar fan.
Amazing what you can find in your own backyard.
