It took 20 years

We have gone over every inch out under the hood and everything looks really good. Going to drain the gas tank and change the oil this week. It's killing me not driving her yet but I just want everything to go right on this one.

Thats the best way to do it. You havent driven her in twenty years, another week wont kill you

Does anyone know anything about the Dodge Owners Club?

IIRC, it was something sponsored by Dodge itself, and was all part of the promotion of the Dodge equivalent of the "Rapid Transit" Plymouth stuff. Obviously the PO of the Monaco had a '71 Duster?

Fred, the Dodge Owners Club is/was a PR propaganda front end for Chrysler.
Mostly discounts on overpriced products and services.
Heroin for the 45 year old first time Challenger buyer.

Hey guys. Sorry for the delay. But as you know when you are just a hard working, average, blue collar guy, sometimes life gives you some roadblocks that you just have to deal with. With that being said my baby is just fine. Well maybe not fine, but we are working on it. The great news is that she did crank!! :yaayy: We found out after running for a minute, that we need a radiator. Have one on the way. As Sleeping Beauty awoke from her deep slumber. She must have been startled and started leaking oil close to the front. I saw the oil pressure gauge drop a little and shut her down. As soon as the radiator is in place, we will go after the oil leak next. sorry for the long post. Next post will have some new pics of her first bath.

We had a couple of warm days here at the first of March. So my loving wife helped me push my baby out into the driveway so I could give her the first bath of her new life. Here are a couple of pics. Monaco Bath.jpgMonaco Bath5.jpg
