Makes sense. “Check obvious things first”. Good luck!Thank you for the tip, it was discovered the ball joints are worn, so I will be rebuilding the front end, will look into this as well.
That’s beautiful. It’s just exactly how it was supposed to be used. Loaded to the gills. Form follows function.
Hey, where did those dents come from......................................!!!!?????
He doesn't lose control.
Cadillac made a commercial chassis up to 84, basically a chassis with a front group and few other parts shipped to a coach builder. Ones not based on Cadillac's usually where a stripped 4 dr and depending on the year it was a stripped heavy-duty chassis similar to the Cadillac. Sedan delivers and station wagons where a starting point for some builders also. My ambulance is a commercial chassis with coach work by M-M (Miller Meteor), my Olds is C/B (Conter Bevington) built on a 65 98 .C/B even made new frame rails when they lengthened the chassis. Dan, aren't most hearses and ambulances made from 4 door cars? A lot of them are Cadillacs and Cadillac doesn't make a wagon from the factory.
I will try.. Still sorting out a few things as well as getting it cleaned up...@Xenon — will you start the thread and bring the car to Volo?
