I was fortunate enough to build my man cave in Grand Rapids, MI but the job dried up and I had to move to GA.

I had drains for each bay and footers in one bay for a future lift. These photos are early on, I managed to get great lighting and storage units from a design office that closed. I hated to give it up, but it sold the house when we needed to move. Thanks, Ed

Too bad you had to give it up but lucky it sold when you needed it to.

Time to revive this thread. Going to be the new cave. Pure mid 60s in well preserved and pretty original condition by the heirs of the original owner who also designed it. Just a single 23 foot
Garage, but I'm planning on adding some more Garage space in the same design theme. Not too popular in today's market, so the Price went down but I'll still have to thin the herd though, as I'll have to sell my storage building somewhere else but in that case it's worth it to me.
Granny flat Apartment included, so bring your hats. ;)
