May Day... May Day WTF?

I can't wait to ***** about how hot it is! But I'll get sick of that pretty quick if it gets too hot! Today was perfect, mid 70s and not a cloud in the sky.

20 minuets east of St.Paul/Mn. Just cross the Mn/Wi. boarder

LOL! You are definitely "UP NORTH"!!!

For everyone else........Wisconsinites (especially in Milwaukee) have "UP NORTH" as a standard answer for what are you doing this weekend... Memorial Day...4th of July....this summer...Labor Day...hunting season....Christmas...ice fishing...where do you live...where are you moving to...where are you going to retire...where are you going to be buried, etc. Everything is "UP NORTH"!!! LOL!!!

I was born and raised in Milwaukee.

I love "Up North" in MI!

I do to....... In July & August.....

Two summers ago we drove the 65 Coronet up through Tenn, Ky, Ill, Wi to the UP of Mich. (back roads all the way), and then toured from Iron city to Copper Harbor, Munising, White fish point, St. Ignace & Mackinac Island. Then over the Mackinac bridge and down the Lake Mich shore and across to Detroit..... Then back home to Alabama..... 3400 miles in 10 days.

Upper Michigan is one of the most beautiful spots in the US, IMHO. If you ever get a chance to go there.... take it....!

Will, did you drive up Door County (Wisconsin) along Lake Michigan?

Was in Michigan once, hated it. Worst drivers after Ohio, but it was nice scenery, and that was south, above Indiana

Wherever I am is the worst driver.

The U.P. is the way I always travel between Alberta and Ontario. It is also really nice there when the fall foliage hits. This past fall we were probably there a couple of weeks too early for peak colours.

Have you traveled on Skyline Drive in Virginia or the Blue Ridge Parkway during the fall?
