Mopar Mall - Obsolete Parts

I'm still waiting for the correct vinyl top from SMS....been on order since March!

holy crap. I ordered my top from Legendary and it was here in two weeks.

I'm having issues with MoparMall at the moment. Ordered a glove box and new rear license plate holder. Received the glove box after about 2 weeks from the manufacturer minus the screws it said it comes with. Been over 3 weeks now. He sent me a tracking number after 1 week, in which it still shows as the label simply being created. Nothing has been shipped. I've tried calling--left a message. Sent numerous emails. I'll give another week. If I don't get it, I'll be filing a theft complaint.

I've ordered a number of parts from them. Yeah, they're not real responsive to emails. I don't even try the phone. Always got what i ordered. Though not as prompt as say Classic or Summit.

I just ordered from them for the first time. I never received a tracking number and it took almost 4 weeks for me to get it. Yeah, the prices are high but they seem to have a decent selection of parts that I haven't found anywhere else.

Anybody ordered stuff from Mopar Mall or Obsolete Parts recently?
Any issues with service or delivery?

I have ordered several pieces from them and always had good experiences, found parts I couldn't find anywhere else!
