Mopar vs. foreign iron (sniff).

Back in the day, I mean.
A '69 daytona cost $3,993, whereas a lamborghini miura cost $20,000.
So my estimation was exaggerated, you could only buy five daytonas for the price of a single lambo.

This one sold for around 1.1 million probably 6 months ago. Does not even run. Now they want almost 2 for it. The market is insane.

I have no interest in crap like that. As far as I am concerned they are a waste.
I would never stop to look at one let alone ogle at it

No interest either but what could you buy for the Price you'd get if you salted one away 20 years ago. I remember when These early Countachs were affordable because of the Age and maintenance costs.
I prefer the sports car designs with the classic front engine RWD assembly, there are a couple of cute ones I'll have to admit.

Wife and I were in Toronto several yearz ago celebrating the combined Dominion Day and 4th of July. We're up on the north side waiting for a lite to change so we can get on the Don-Q and go play some more and this white Councasch pullz up on my left and I hear that V-12 for the 1st time in my life. The lite changed and the guy nailz it, jumpz in front of me and does the flip onto the north bound Don-Q and I can still hear that V-12 rumble must be 25 yearz later. Just once before I go toez up I'd like to get behind the wheel of one of those Beastz, PAHLEEZ LORD?

There ain't nuthin that sounds as good as a Ferrari or Lambo V-12. Its an instant addiction kinda thing. I once followed a Ferrari (as best I could), so I could listen to it for just a little longer. . .

HA! Nothing beats the sound of a 426 Hemi.....

I've had a couple of American hot rod's when I was stationed in Germany from the 1970's-1990's. I was in Bavaria most of the time and in Austria and Switzerland quite a bit and let me tell you that the sound of American muscle V-8's were very, very popular. I bet I was asked at least a thousand times a year if I wanted to sell them. The Fraulien's wanted a ride all the time....
