Beautiful Fury. I think it should be a keeper ..... sell the minivan. Nothing you can carry in the minivan wont fit into that Fury.

I gotta say, that's not true...

Not that I expect many of you want to haul a couple of Zenith consoles up from Florida...

Had the car up on a lift this weekend. These are the underbody shots. This car is very "dry". What you see is flash-rust, no undercoat, etc. Tires have been on forever and show even wear. If you're interested, let's talk in PM. Price isn't much north of $5k as-is.

thought Carmine mentioned canadian am music station

That is a somewhat accurate statement or maybe we could say it's not totally inaccurate. Just as they are on the American side of the Niagra Falls.

North of Canada would be in the Arctic somewhere.

North of the lowest Canadian border Line....? Maybe

It's local humor. If you look at the map below, you'll see much of the Detroit area is north of Windsor, ONT (labeled as "strippers" on the map.)

I live in the "Happy Italians" region.

If the "light" surface rust scares anyone....take the pictures to a Media Blaster for their opinion and cost estimate. I had my '66 Toronado done two years ago for $1000. He even removed the exhaust, front rear bumpers (and treated/painted them on back) removed rocker mouldings and wheel lip mouldings and repainted in chasis black. Of all of my cars the Toro is the nicest underneath. I don't regret that I did it.

That's an interesting idea. Did the "media" get everywhere inside the car? All I know, whenever I've spot blasted something, I ended up cleaning up media out of every possible area, high and low, in my garage. I'd be worried the same would happen with a car that is otherwise completely together.
